I'm now beginning to tile the shower walls. It's an L-shaped shower so it has an outside corner within the shower area. I've attached a photo of the outside corner. I mitered the travertine tile edges at 45 degrees and tried to butt the tiles together. There is a 1/16" gap. Close as I could get. I'm hoping that with some sanding with a diamond pad and grout that the corner will look good. Does the corner look acceptable of should I redo it used a different trim technique like quarter round bullnose on one tile?

Thanks Bri (and RC). I've taken a better picture of the outside corner and posted it as a new image. Please let me know if you think it looks ok. Is this how you would have done the corner?
