Here is my first photo of 'Tiny Wetroom'.
Shower and toilet lines have been roughed in.
Framing is just beginning.
Width is 33", length is 52", height will be about 7'4".
Installation is in 118 year old house. Joists are 8" old growth fir, spaced 16" OC, horizontal per the photo. I have added joist-blocks around the perimeter and have replaced the sub-floor with 3/4 plywood. After reading recommendations last night, I realize I need to add an additional layer of plywood for rigidity. Should I add additional joist blocking?
Blue tape indicates where curb/door will be.
Inverted sink to illustrate position of same.
Currently utilizing RV toilet, while I try to locate a sufficiently small WC for this project. Found a very nice Toto that would be perfect, but $5000 is too much for any WC, IMHO.
Yardstick included in photo for scale.
