I have mesh mounted nominal 4" european porcelain tiles, which include a 4 mm (5/32") grout joint spacing.
I have found no spacers available locally to space my 11-21/32" sheets from one another, on the bathroom floor and walls.

Any ideas from you pros ?

Get yourself some wedges. Use them in combination with regular spacers or by themselves.

Wedges are exactly what you'd think....spacers for tile, but they are shaped like little wedges. This allows you to place the wedge in the joint, but depending on the angle or depth you put them in, you can control the grout joint size to anything you want. The other thing you can do though is buy some light weight non sag thin set. RONA has the Mapie brand, and it works great. I did some 12x12 porcelane in a shower last week with this stuff, and I didn;t have to use any spacers....this stuff held the tile in place .
