I have recently finished my shower install.
I did a pre-slope, a liner, deck mud, red gaurd on walls and floor. I installed 2" porcelan tiles on the floor with 13" porcelan on the walls. I used sanded polyblend grout from custom building products.
We did not wait to use the shower before sealing the grout and have taken a few showers in it.(about 20 it is a very nice shower and could not resist the tempation.)

Question: Do I or my wife he -he since she used it too have to now strip and clean the grout before sealing it.

Well, soap and shampoo and conditioner will leave a residue on the tile and grout, so you may have a hard time getting the sealer to have an even application now....only one way to find out though...just make sure everything is dry before you apply the sealer. You don't want it turning all white and hazy.
