Looking for good ceramic/porcelain installer in the KW area for 400sq ft job. i will remove existing 2 layers of linoleum and associated underlayments.
looking for 1/2" ply (which i can do myself), heated wire (which i can do myself), skim coat(s) of ultracontact. install Ditra and porcelain tile in a hopscotch pattern (you choose the size 12x12 and 6x6" or 18x18 and 12x12").
