I'm working on a steam room with an older carpenter and I explained to him the proper way to install the deck for the shower and he says that there is no need to install a "sub deck" for the weep holes in the drain.I admitt that he is older than me but he's wrong.I'm the one that is going to have to tile this area.should I beat'm up or just argue it out untill he has to find someone else to do his tile?Also,Ihave some photos that I'd like to submit on the web site,and my non computer skills are repreiving me from being able to be successful.Help thanks in advance.

That my friend ... is your call. If it's wrong and they make you do it that way then the responsibility is their's to cover the warranty.
Get yourself a copy of the TCA handbook to show him.

By all means send the photos ... maybe just 2 per day by email because I'm on a slow connection. Make sure you add "Tile Photos" to the subject line so it doesn't get deleted with all the other attachments.
