Here is a shower I'm going to demolish.
Work doesn't begin until the 3rd week of this month but I've already set up a link to the project with photos of the mess.

Yes it is Brian. I try to be unbiased and refer to it as "backerboard" so that the manufacturer of the product doesn't accuse me of picking on them.
We both know that builders never properly install any type of backer board, but unfortunately when DenShield is improperly installed the failure is rapid and more damaging than regular cement board.

What do you think Brian ... should I call Mike Holmes?

Probably only 4 or 5 years old Randy. The builder went out of business a year or 2 ago.

nice work harry,i do a lot of insurance work and some of the dodgey work you see around the place is sad but good,becouse you no that they have done work else were and the same shit will happen were ever they go....
