Holy crap thats insane harry, what city was that house in? im also curious , how old was the tile setter? I have met some pretty F'ed up tile setters in my day, worked with some guys who were on every kind of drug out there, ive seen where the sub contractor send a kid or a recently immigrated person who can barely speak a word of english
anyhow i notice some real "characters" in this business, Its not a "fun" or "easy" job whatsoever, too many people try to rush or dont actually "care" about the job or trade in general.
I have been adhering to to ways described in this site and i am proud to report that ive been busy ever scince i introduced myself to this city.
There's enough hacks, fly-by-nights, and "handymen" screwing up jobs that it makes it easy to get you're name out if you do a good job
