Okay, so I am going to try this one more time.

Due the "overwelming " interest expressed in this project I am going to try be more specific.
Yes, I know that this is a bad time as everyone is way too busy on their current projects.

I am looking at redoing my basement(currently carpet).
We are looking at heated floor options and I do have pricing for a hydronic system but I am not sure this is the way we want to as we already have a finished basement and I think this route will result in more headaches than anything else.
So right now I am looking at the possibility of doing electric radiant under tile.

Total square ft is approx 1500.
Finished floor will be a combination of tile, slate and Laminate.
Also have a bathroom that we want to replace the tub with a shower and redo the floor(currently ceramic) with new ceramic over radiant.
There is also some minor dry wall work involved elsewhere in the basement

I am looking at doing this in September this year.
