You would have to have a truss joist engineer spec out the actual deflection of your floor. Basically in the past TGI floors where spec'd with a deflection rating approx. around 450 to 480. Not enough for stone.
Schluter has a spec for natural stone over TGI floors which would work.
Their spec requires a subfloor layer of 3/4 and then a min. 3/8 underlayment layer. I personally don't think the 3/8 is enough. I would use a minimum 5/8 underlayment.
TGI floor systems have a lot of vibration (flex) and you need all the help you can get, especially for stone.
