The attachments don't work. Post them using Flikr

You would have to have a truss joist engineer spec out the actual deflection of your floor. Basically in the past TGI floors where spec'd with a deflection rating approx. around 450 to 480. Not enough for stone.

Schluter has a spec for natural stone over TGI floors which would work.
Their spec requires a subfloor layer of 3/4 and then a min. 3/8 underlayment layer. I personally don't think the 3/8 is enough. I would use a minimum 5/8 underlayment.

TGI floor systems have a lot of vibration (flex) and you need all the help you can get, especially for stone.

I know this is an old posting, but I recently came across a company in B.C. that produces a product called IBS2000 to reduce deflection and bounce in TGI floors. Check out there site at www.luxorcorp.com I've never personally used the product, so I can't vouch for them.
