I am in the process of installing new ceramic tile in my bathroom. The previous homeowners had very bright tile installed on the walls and ceiling above the shower. I want to replace the existing tile to match the rest of the bathroom. I am worried that the tiles will fall off the ceiling. Is there a special procedure/product that I need to use to install ceramic tile on the ceiling?

There isn't a special adhesive for the ceiling..what ever you are going to use for the walls will work up there too. Don't forget the hard hat. :p Just kidding. There is usually enough surface aree on the back of a tile when combined with adhesive to support the weight of the tile.

As above only ever done it once in my mums home, the tiles are still there 7 years later!!

Use a correct notch trowel. To little adhesive and they will come down. Just a clean smoooth spread and press tile firmly into ceiling.. Better Tile than paint.. Good luck.
