Hello everyone..
We are trying to set a scope of work for qualified tile setter subs.Spanish creama marfil marble 24 x 24 polished for the interior, honed for the exterior.We do not want a grout line.New home is in south Florida and the concrete has cured 6 months with little cracking.
1st floor interior slab on grade 3000sf
1st floor exterior slab on grade 2000sf
2nd floor interior is pre-cast light weight slabs with the joints grouted by pre-cast provider 2000sf

Do we need anti-fracture membrane?.Cost is an issue.Or is elastomeric dry set a alternative?
What is the proper procedure for this installation to avoid cracking. thank-you
