Hello everyone, another newbe here. Well, in a way. I am rebuilding my ceramic shower that was constructed "slab on grade". The pan area is recessed about four inches into the slab. Question, I want to do away with the portion of the curb where the enclosure door will be located. I have ceramic floor tiles on concrete slab. At the opening to the shower door on the inside of the shower, over the neoprene pan I plan on applying a wire lath, mudding it flush with the backer board at the sides, then applying the tiles to this. This when finished should leave the tiled floor level, to the edge of the inside of the shower. Any better way to do this ? Thanks, Monte
