I've seen mentioned a few times..."un-sanded epoxy"....this is new to me..and I've done a ton of it. Who makes unsanded epoxy and where can I get some?

Hey there Bri ... TEC makes the 3 part and you can leave out the sand if you like. It's a bit harder to use without the sand but if the grout lines are small then it works fine.

Laticrete's epoxy is an "unsanded" type, with vertical grade and non-vertical grade being the options. I find it to be an absolute breeze to work with when compared to the other type I have tried...the 2 parts of the epoxy mix added to regular sanded grout.

Is this what you guys are familiar with?

Well yeah....but does it stay on walls without running out of the joints?

Bri,I had the same question for my brother who runs the store I do work out of.He can get Color-fast from CA,they have unsanded epoxy that they claim works on vertical surfaces,no running.Have yet to try it meself.

The vertical grade works great on walls...no problems.
